Quality Of Product
All of the company’s projects undertaken are certified in accordance with the SANS codes of practice. Where required we have engaged with the personnel of SANS in order to obtain direct approval / certification of the design and installation.
Quality Assurance
Some time ago, a company decision was made, supported by all personnel, to have Lightning Protection Services listed with the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Programme. This programme is currently in progress and we plan to achieve our accreditation during the course of 2012.
Quality Of Service & Support
Ongoing training programmes are provided for all personnel to create a continuous quality of service and installation awareness. This has had a very positive response from clients and numerous letters of recommendation have been received. Lightning Protection Services has been appointed by the majority of local industry as their preferred supplier and contractor.
